Amix Performance WaxIont is a carbohydrate based drink made up of high molecular weight corn starch, characterized by its rapid absorption properties. This drink can be taken before, during and/or after physical activity, depending on the objective to be achieved.
Amix WaxIont will be our best ally for prolonged physical activity, since this depends on our stores of glycogen, since low levels will reduce our performance.
Amix WaxIontis ideal for:
· Replenishing glycogen stores through being a top quality carbohydrate, ideal not just before competition, but also on the days leading up to competition.
· Replenishing glycogen during competition, as it is a liquid carbohydrate it is ideal to take during prolonged periods of physical activity, and its rapid absorption minimizes the impact on the digestive system.
· Alleviating the post-workout glycogen deficit, thereby reducing recovery time.
Directions for Use:
· During prolonged physical activity, take 50g/90min
· After prolonged physical activity, take 25g
· Prior to competition of a long duration,take 25g/8h for the three days leading up to the event.
